These terms describe how product collaborations arranged through AmzBonus work. AmzBonus is a creator-outreach programme operated by PGH Industries. The specific product, purchase price, creator fee, content and timing of each collaboration are agreed individually with each creator in writing (usually by email) before the collaboration starts.
1. Eligibility
Collaborations are open to invited social-media creators aged 18 or over. We currently focus on creators based in the United States. Receiving an invitation, or applying through this website, does not by itself create a collaboration; a collaboration exists only once we have confirmed it with you in writing.
2. Purchase and proof of purchase
For a confirmed collaboration, you purchase the agreed product through the Amazon link we supply and send us valid proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation showing the product and the price paid).
3. Reimbursement
After we receive valid proof of purchase, we reimburse the agreed purchase price using the payment method agreed for the campaign. Reimbursement covers the agreed purchase price only, unless something else has been agreed in writing.
4. Creator fee
The agreed creator fee is paid after the agreed social-media content has been completed and published as agreed.
5. Honest content
You are always free to give your honest opinion of the product. Neither reimbursement nor the creator fee is conditional on a positive opinion.
6. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose the paid nature of the collaboration (including reimbursement and any fee) in your content, in accordance with applicable advertising rules — in the United States, the FTC’s endorsement guides — and the policies of the platform where you publish.
7. No Amazon review
Collaborations are for disclosed content on your own social-media channels. We do not ask you to post an Amazon customer review, and posting one is not part of any collaboration.
8. Content ownership
You keep ownership of the content you create. Any use of your content by us or by the product’s brand must be agreed with you separately.
9. No guarantee of acceptance
We decide at our discretion whom to invite and which applications to accept, and we may end or change a campaign. Taking part in one collaboration does not guarantee future collaborations.
